Make shirt stats/ options MUCH easier for ordering
would like easy to get at ready made excel sheet or pdfs that already have all the data and can be quickly sent to others with totals of shirts sizes. with the options etc. ONE CLICK equals DONE system tracks and updates shirt order as they come in and we can send to printers . mailers stores etc.

This is done. You will find a new “custom reports” section in your event menu, just below the standard reports. Select the “shirts by type” custom report. It will show you a tally of each shirt type and allow you to download the folks who selected that shirt.
For anyone else who reads this post, the “shirts by type” report is specific to Terry’s form. If you find yourself having to download and produce your own reports in Excel, contact the customer service team (service@getmeregistered.com), and ask them to create a custom report for you. This applies to any sort of report, not just t-shirts.

I am associated with Runnin of the Green as well in a different sector, but also need this information easily rendered. However I will be coordinating merchandise for new events coming up. as well . We are now personalizing shirts and bibs. Also mailing them, meaning we NEED up to date data to get packets in the mail to the right person with the right shirt with the right bib. This Is the future of shirts and only the beginning, meaning more business for all. We listened to the runners ( common to both of us as customers) and this is our 25th year of listening! So we're not new at this, and they want options, thus we need easily transcribed stats. PLEASE solve> THANK YOU, Margot Stride Like in running

Margot - There is a built-in t-shirt report which tallies event-wide shirts by size, and also provides category-specific breakdowns. For most customers, this report does exactly what you suggest - provides an easy list of shirt sizes.
Terry, who submitted this suggestion, has special shirt options on his registration form, and those options render the standard report relatively useless in his case.
I am unable to determine with which event you're associated. Please let me know so that I can understand whether your dissatisfaction is due to the same issue. When we roll out the solution to Terry's suggestion, I want to make sure it's relevant to as many registration forms as possible.

I Agree I find it very difficult to do. Arcane . Some of the newer registration sites that bombard us daily it seems to use them rather than GMR do this and email stats right to you.in excel or word with totals. Seem like you guys should be able to do this.
