  1. Add a note (or comment) box on the "Participant Information" web page

If would be helpful if the Administrator had a box where they can add a note/comment to the data base for each registers record. I am currently using the the "Secondary Telephone" box as the work-around.

  2. Include a Map and "Directions To" on the Website for the event

Use Maps.com, or GoogleMaps to allow possible registrants to find the event location and input their location and track time and route to destination.

I am sorry for the delayed notification. This feature was added in July. Please let us know if you have any questions about adding it to your events.

  3. Provide a way for the ADMIN to print out waiver with the cyclist info on it.

The waiver need to be signed by each cyclist for insurance purposes.
The American Bicycle Racing has a form that could be uploaded and the cyclist could fill this out.

I apologize for the slow update. This feature was added on August 14. You can find the waiver printout icon in your administrative search/edit tool. It appears in the leftmost column of your search results – looks a bit like a scroll with a pen next to it.

  4. Make shirt stats/ options MUCH easier for ordering

would like easy to get at ready made excel sheet or pdfs that already have all the data and can be quickly sent to others with totals of shirts sizes. with the options etc. ONE CLICK equals DONE system tracks and updates shirt order as they come in and we can send to printers . mailers stores etc.

This is done. You will find a new “custom reports” section in your event menu, just below the standard reports. Select the “shirts by type” custom report. It will show you a tally of each shirt type and allow you to download the folks who selected that shirt.

For anyone else who reads this post, the “shirts by type” report is specific to Terry’s form. If you find yourself having to download and produce your own reports in Excel, contact the customer service team (service@getmeregistered.com), and ask them to create a custom report for you. This applies to any sort of report, not just t-shirts.

  5. Allow registration codes to be edited by administrative users.

Allow discount codes and comp codes to be created and edited by administrative users, without contacting the GetMeRegistered service team.

This tool is now online and appears as “manage discount codes” in your menu of tools.

  6. Send confirmation emails to registrants entered via data-entry.

Confirmation emails are sent to all standard registrants, but when the data-entry tool is used, emails are only sent to registrants for whom a payment is processed. Based on this suggestion, emails would be (optionally) sent to all registrants processed by data-entry users.

By the way, this feature went live on September 9, 2013. I apologize for the delayed notification. The option to send a confirmation email is now included at the bottom of each of your data entry forms.
