Include a Map and "Directions To" on the Website for the event
Use Maps.com, or GoogleMaps to allow possible registrants to find the event location and input their location and track time and route to destination.

I think adding a map and clear “Directions To” on the event page is such a smart move. It really makes things easier, especially for people who aren’t familiar with the area. I’ve been lost once heading to a meetup, and it wasn’t fun. Having Google Maps integrated saves a lot of stress. Kind of like when I play crazy cattle 3d—everything feels chaotic until you find that one clear path that suddenly makes sense and makes you laugh at the mess before.
